When you reserve an apartment with us at maltaapartmentbooker.com we will provide you with a Holiday Rental Agreement. You will need to accept this Agreement and return it signed to one of our representatives once your reservation is confirmed. This Agreement outlines all the terms and conditions of renting an apartment with us. This Agreement provides the protection and peace of mind so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.
Holiday Rental Services Agreement
If you are interested in listing your apartment/villa in Malta or Gozo then you will need to fill in our Listing Application Form which can be found on this site. Once you have filled in this form and sent it through to us we will contact you and confirm the rental arrangements. In additon we will then enter a Holiday Rental Services Agreement with you which will provide protection for the services to be provided.

How do I list my apartment or villa on maltapartmentbooker.com? To list your apartment with us simply fill out our online application. The application form will provide you with all the information we require to list your apartment. We recommend that you print off our application form which we have provided in PDF format. This will allow you to fill in our application form prior to providing the same online. You will be able to sit down and ensure all the information is correct. Alternatively you can fax the form to us rather then providing the information on our online form.
How do we reserve an apartment? You can either email us direct for availability or fill in the online request form located on every apartment or villa page.
What
do the symbols mean on the apartment selection banners?

Do you arrange transfers from the airport? Yes we can arrange transfers from the airport and return on departure.
How do we get the keys to the apartment? The best method is to proivde a transfer from the airport and to provide you with the keys on the way to the apartment or villa.
Do
you provide towels? Yes we provide towels but we recommend
you bring your own towels to take to the beach.
Why not list your apartment on maltaapartmentbooker.com today. We charge £15.00 per year which is taken from your first booking of the year starting from 1st January 2007. This covers administration for the year. If you do not recieve a booking from maltaapartmentbooker.com throughout the year then you will not be charged the £15.00 adminstration fee. In addition to the once per year admin fee we charge commission on each booking which can be formulated on top of the rates you are looking to recieve from the rental. When you make your application we will discuss the prices that you require for the rental rates. We will then add our commission to these prices prior to placing on the site. You will recieve the agreed rates as a result of the application process subject to the additional £15.00 on this first booking of the year.
In your application you will provide us with all the details we require and provide us with a contact so we can liaise with you in respect to rental requests and availability.
We consider apartments and villas all over Malta and Gozo. Once we recieve your application and agree the rates you require we will then place your apartment on the website free of charge. Then you will begin to recieve requests from our representatives.
