Mellieha Bay Hotel in Mellieha. The dive can be found just of the south facing shore.

The best way to access this dive is from the shore
Conditions
This site is well sheltered from the winds. If the wind is in a southwestly direction then visibility is dramaticall reduced to even zero in some areas.

This site is well used especially for training purposes. This is normally the first dive beginners will undertake and can be very busy at certain times of the season. This site is also worth trying at night with spectacular sites. In this area you will find large numbers of octopuse At this location you will also see a small archway to the east. A nearby cavern has some interesting fish and invertibrates. Moray eels can be found as well as large numbers of chromis.

Dahlet ix-Xilep and Ras il-Griebeg.

conditions. There is
also a surge present.

This reef is named after the maltese name for brown meagre which
is found here in large numbers. Here you will find some striking and unusual
rock formations amidst a tumble of large and small boulders , all of which
are covered in a profusion in a profusion of alga. Divers say Red scorpion
fish are common, as are cardinal fish, striped mullet and salema.

Location
This dive site can be located 3Km northeast of Rdum L-Ahmar, the easterly side of Marfa Ridge, to a raised reef called Sikka l-Bajda- The White Reef.
Access
Sadly you can only reach this reef via boat.
Conditions
The reef is exposed and can suffer from surface surge and can be choppy. This is a rare dive.

This reef is a huge rocky ridge that has hardly been explored. The reason for this is its distance from the coast. There are large numbers of amberjack, bream , parrotfish and grouper here. The reef also has a profusion of spiny starfish and feather starfish.

This dive site is very easy due to the flat sea bed here. As you go further
out into the sea the bed becomes covered in boulders, sea urchins, starfish
and fireworms everywhere. You will find a large cavern nearby. There are lots
of chromis all over this area, as well as species of bream, sand smelt and
parrotfish.
