In the area you will also find a statue of Christ with outstretched arms. This statue can be difficult to locate. The seabed is covered in posidonia.

These fireworms are predators and scavengers , cleaning up dead and decaying sea urchins , jellyfish , corals etc.

Once the boat is anchored there is a short swim to the mini -wall,
which drops another 3m to the white sandy seabed. There are many boulders and raised banks of posidonia where cuttlefish and numerous wrasse can be found. It has been quite common for divers to see the broad snouted pipefish amoungst the dense sea grass. Small gobies inhabit the interface between the algae and sand patches, where sand divers are also common.
